9	66,751 – 174,750
10	147,751 – 457,500
11	457,501 – 193,800

Loyalty bonuses will be credited to the player's account within one hour. Players must check their loyalty status regularly to claim any available bonuses.
For Levels 0–2, the wagering multiplier is x45 to x40.
For Levels 3–6, the wagering multiplier is x35.
For Level 7, the wagering multiplier is x30.
For Levels 8–10, the wagering multiplier is x10.
The maximum withdrawal limit for Free Spins, Levels 1–6, is C$50. To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit is required.
The maximum withdrawal limit for Free Spins, Levels 8–10, is C$100. To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit is required.
Loyalty bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used on eligible games.
The Casino reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

2. General Bonus Terms and Conditions

Bonus offers are limited strictly to one per individual, including their immediate family, residential address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit/debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account, and electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).
All players are eligible for bonuses unless country restrictions apply. Players from Sweden are not eligible for bonuses, including participation in promotional programs, receiving VIP rewards, and comp point exchanges.
Players are prohibited from abusing bonus offers. The Casino reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving bonuses and to cancel any associated winnings if abuse is detected, both during and after wagering.
Players are not allowed to use strategies while playing with an active bonus aimed solely at obtaining financial benefit from the bonus advantage. Where the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe this has occurred, it reserves the right to cancel all of the player's winnings.
All bonuses have specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, maximum winnings from the bonus, wagering conditions, maximum bet limits during wagering, and time limitations on bonus usage, unless otherwise specified.
Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal limit for no-deposit free spins is 50 EUR/USD, 75 AUD/CAD/NZD (or the brand's equivalent published limits in other supported currencies). Cryptocurrency conversion rates can be found on the relevant exchange rates page.
The maximum winnings payable from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, or any deposit bonus (excluding the welcome bonus, personal VIP bonus, or weekly bonus) is capped at 5x the bonus amount issued. Any amount in excess of this cap is forfeited and removed from the account prior to a withdrawal request.
To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit must have been made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering of 5 EUR/USD, 7.5 AUD/CAD/NZD (or the brand's equivalent published limits in other supported currencies). This limit includes bets doubled after a game round has been completed, as well as bonus rounds purchased within a game.
The maximum withdrawal limit for deposit free spins is the same as stated for no-deposit free spins, unless stated otherwise in the individual terms of a specific promotion.
Winnings obtained through bonus play become available for withdrawal only after all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses must be wagered 45 times (x45) before the funds can be withdrawn.
Bonuses are non-sticky — wagering must be completed before withdrawing. For deposit bonuses, real money is played first, followed by bonus money. For non-deposit bonuses, bonus money is played first, followed by real money. If the bonus money is lost, the bonus is cancelled.
Bonuses are typically valid for 3 days from the date of receipt, unless stated otherwise. Failure to meet the wagering conditions within this period results in the voiding of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
If, at the end of the bonus period, the bonus remains valid and the wagering conditions have not been met, all bonus money and associated winnings are void.
Cancelling an active bonus will also void any winnings earned from it. A player may request withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the bonus wagering requirements. In this case, the bonus and any winnings are void, and any remaining funds are paid to the player.
A player has the right to cancel any bonus without proceeding to wagering, without any loss of their own funds.
Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
A player has the right to refuse any bonus offered by the Casino.
Deliberately delaying any game round — including free spins features and bonus features — until wagering requirements have been met, and/or making new deposits while free spins or bonus features are still available in a game, is prohibited.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering a bonus. Slots typically contribute 100% of the bet (subject to the brand's list of excluded slots). Table games and roulette contribute 10%, video poker contributes 20%, and craps contributes 5%, unless otherwise specified. Live dealer games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
Welcome bonuses are intended entirely for entertainment purposes. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the welcome bonus package will make further welcome bonuses unavailable to that player.
Winnings requested for withdrawal that were obtained using bonus funds undergo a verification check prior to processing. The Casino may request confirmation of personal data and payment method data as part of this process.
The Casino reserves the right to revoke any bonus and associated winnings, and to confiscate related funds in the account, if the bonus was obtained dishonestly or in violation of these terms.
The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.
Free spins activation, validity, result validity, and wagering requirements are typically set at 3 days and x45 respectively, unless otherwise specified.
The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.
Full account verification and a minimum deposit are required to submit a withdrawal request.
